Surge Link™ is a high-speed internet service offered by the City of Syracuse to help bridge the digital divide. Digital equity is necessary for civic and cultural participation, employment, lifelong learning, and access to essential services.

The service provides households an affordable, private and secure in-home internet connection. The City of Syracuse has chosen Community Broadband Networks to install, operate and maintain the network.
